Shipping and delivery

Within the Czech Republic, the one-off delivery charge is CZK 350. For large parcels shipped via a freight forwarder, the delivery charges are CZK 1,000.

You can see which items are dispatched via a freight forwarder and the amount of the delivery charges as soon as you have added the item to your basket.

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly and conveniently as possible, please also enter your telephone number in the field provided when registering.

Deliveries are handled by our delivery partner GLS Parcel Service directly to your specified home address or alternative delivery address. Depending on their size and weight, individual items may also be dispatched via a freight forwarder.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are usually processed on the same working day. Orders received between Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Monday (or working day) at the latest. Orders within the Czech Republic are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days, after being dispatched from our warehouse. Parcels sent via a courier service are usually delivered within 4–8 working days.

All prices include country-specific VAT.

Can I also collect my order directly from your warehouse?

We have a warehouse in Hungary, where ordered goods can also be collected directly. Many of our vehicles can also be viewed and test-driven there in advance.
